About Donald E. Emslander, Jr.:
Don grew up in various locations throughout the US, moving to Elrosa in 1978. He is a graduate of Alexandria Vocational College, Alexandria, MN in the Carpentry Program. Don and his wife, Raymie reside in Sauk Centre with their 2 children.
Experience:
Don had 20 years in Commercial Construction prior to joining R.A. Morton in 2002. Don has been a Site Construction Manager for various projects through out Minnesota, directing all phases of construction projects from planning to completion. His responsibilities are contractor pre-award interviews, on-site quality control, cost control, time control, and the bid process. During construction, he is responsible for change order coordination, follows through on project details, scheduling, construction meetings and oversees the on-site Safety Program.
